Netflow Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

2. Use of Services

You may access and use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services or help others do so. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code
• Violating intellectual property rights

3. AI Content and Use Disclaimer

Netflow may leverage AI systems to assist with automation, analysis, and generation of content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors or reflect biased information. You agree to independently verify any critical output before acting on it.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

By using the Services, you consent to our collection and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For Enterprise clients, additional agreements regarding data processing may apply.

5. Payment and Billing

Some Services require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in our pricing plans. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Intellectual Property

Netflow retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, algorithms, and data structures. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, you retain ownership of the content you upload or process through Netflow.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or if required by law. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netflow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Netflow, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
